On September 17, 2011, Moosebait.com, Bras d'Or Lake Biosphere Reserve Association, The Lakes Golf Course and Ski Ben Eoin invited people to a special celebration to mark the UNESCO designation of Bras d'Or Lake and watershed as a Man and the Biosphere Reserve.

This morning I found myself up at 5:00am for the second time this week. The only difference is this time I was not hiking Cape Breton. I headed to the CBC Radio Station for an Information Morning interview with Steve Sutherland.
